Set in the lobby of a Manhattan apartment building, Lobby Hero follows Jeff, a young and luckless security guard who becomes entangled in a murder investigation involving his supervisor, a rookie police officer, and her corrupt partner.
Through sharp dialogue and dark humor, the play explores loyalty, ethics, and integrity as personal and professional lives collide—forcing each character to confront the blurry line between right and wrong.

June is almost here and with it, one of LA's most electric annual traditions. The Hollywood Fringe Festival returns June 11–28, 2026, and the Stephanie Feury Studio Theatre is once again proud to be part of it.
Now in its 17th year, the Hollywood Fringe is Los Angeles' largest open-access performing arts festival, drawing hundreds of productions across comedy, drama, solo performance, musicals, dance, immersive theater, and more. Every show is 100% artist-driven, so what you see here is raw, real, and made with everything the artists have.
